On February 18, 2008 Pennsylvania Governor Edward Rendell signed into law PA Act 3, commonly referred to as the ‘Right-to-Know Law’. This law provides any citizen of the United States of America with access to certain public information held in the records of our agency.
In order to comply with this new law, the Monroe County Control Center Board of Directors has appointed Gary A. Hoffman, Director of Communications as the Right-to-Know Officer. All inquiries must be directed to Mr. Hoffman via any of the following methods during normal business hours (Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm):

- 911 radio and telephone tape recordings are exempt from the regulations, and therefore are not disseminated.
