Board of Directors’ Meetings

The next Board of Directors meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, April 28th 2026.

The general public is welcome and invited to attend our monthly Board of Directors’ meetings. These meetings are generally held on the last Tuesday of each month at 12:00 noon, except on holidays or when otherwise noted, at the meeting room of the Monroe County Public Safety Center, 100 Gypsum Rd., Suite 201, Stroudsburg, PA 18360.

Cancellations, postponements, and special meeting notices will be posted at the Monroe County Control Center and are normally published in the Pocono Record newspaper, in compliance with the PA Sunshine Act requirements. Meeting Agenda

Although there is time allotted at each meeting for public comment, any person who wishes to address the Board of Directors regarding a specific matter for discussion must submit a request, along with copies of any supporting documentation to Gary A. Hoffman, Director of Communications via email ghoffman@monroeco911.com no later than ten (10) days before the scheduled meeting. Mr. Hoffman will notify you of the amount of time allotted and the time scheduled for discussion at the meeting.

Meeting agendas will be posted on our website no later than twenty-four (24) hours in advance of the meeting.
