Codes
When dispatching FIRE and EMS calls, the dispatcher uses Plain English to describe the type of call, therefore, Fire and EMS Codes are not used and are not listed here.
When dispatching POLICE calls, our dispatchers are using Plain English, with the exception of a few pre-determined ten codes.
The Monroe County Control Center policy prohibits the dissemination of Police Codes via the Internet.
The Monroe County Control Center is not responsible for any rebroadcasts of our radio communications on scanner apps.
