The entire tour takes approximately 45 minutes, and generally includes a short explanation of how 9-1-1 works and what information is necessary in a 9-1-1 call.  In addition, your group will get the chance to view the 9-1-1 Operations Center and gain a better understanding of how our equipment works.  And, if your group still has some 911-related questions, there will be a question and answer session at the conclusion of the tour.
