The General Public is welcome and INVITED to attend our
monthly Board of Directors' meetings. These meetings are generally held on the LAST
TUESDAY OF EACH MONTH at 12:00 noon, except holidays, in the meeting room
of the
Monroe County Public Safety Center

Cancellations, Postponements and Special Meeting Notices will be posted at
the Monroe County Control Center, and are normally published in the Pocono Record
newspaper, following the Sunshine Law requirements. Additional information regarding
these Public Meetings may be obtained by contacting Gary A. Hoffman, Director of

Board of Directors' Meetings
Monthly meetings are scheduled for the LAST Tuesday of each
month, normally at 12:00 noon, and normally at the Public Safety Center
building. When and if meetings must be cancelled or rescheduled,
notice is posted in compliance with the PA Sunshine Act.
Although there is time allotted at each meeting for Public Comment, any person who
wishes to address the Board of Directors regarding a specific matter for discussion, must
submit a request to be scheduled on the Meeting Agenda. These requests must be
submitted to Gary A. Hoffman, Director of Communications, no later than ten (10) days
before the scheduled meeting. Mr. Hoffman will notify you of the amount of time
allotted, and the time scheduled for discussion at the meeting. At the time of such
a request, copies of any supporting documentation should be given to Mr. Hoffman so they
may be distributed to the Board Members for perusal before the meeting. Contact Gary

approximately 7 days prior to the meeting.
Please note that Board of Directors Meeting Minutes are available for inspection AFTER
they have been approved by the Board of Directors at the following meeting.
Therefore, minutes for THIS month's meeting will not be available until NEXT
