911 Public Safety Dispatcher
The Monroe County Control Center will be accepting applications for the position of “9-1-1 Dispatcher” on the following dates and times:

Applications may be obtained via our website (click here to download and print) or in person at the Monroe County Control Center during normal business hours. We are located on the second floor of the Monroe County Public Safety Center building in Snydersville. There is a non-refundable processing fee of $20.00 that must be paid by cash, certified check or money order at the time the application is submitted.
Applications will only be accepted on the above dates and times.
Applicants must be 18 years of age, have a high school diploma or equivalent, typing skills with a minimum of 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy, must be able to use Microsoft Office products and have knowledge of basic computer skills, have and maintain a clean criminal history, and pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as random alcohol and drug screenings once hired.
The Monroe County Control Center is a 24-hour, 7 day a week operation.
Applicants must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays.
